Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions are outlined below. Kindly read them carefully before proceeding. By continuing further, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

1. META & GOOGLE ADS

  • Under our Meta Ads & Google Ads Services, we provide unlimited posters/videos specifically for your ad campaigns.
  • Your subscription and services will begin on the day we receive our service payment.
  • Please note that creatives for WhatsApp and regular social media posting are not included under the Meta Ads package.
  • We are committed to making your ads live within 24 working hours.
  • Any delay in providing your business/work details may result in a delay in launching your ads.
  • For preview purposes, the creatives shared with you will include the LEADSWALLAH watermark. Once the creative is finalized and approved, the watermark will be removed and your ad will go live shortly.

2.    WHATSAPP MARKETING

  • All WhatsApp messaging services will be carried out using the contact data provided by the Client.
  • We will perform WhatsApp messaging in a range of approximately 300 to 500 messages per day.
  • The Client confirms that they have obtained the necessary consent or permission from the recipients before sharing such data.
  • We shall not be responsible or liable if the Client’s WhatsApp account is restricted, blocked, suspended, or terminated by Meta/WhatsApp for any reason.
  • The Client agrees that the data shared for messaging purposes is accurate and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.
  • By proceeding with the service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions.

3.    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • We will provide 26 creatives per month for Social Media Management services.
  • Posting will be done once per day across the Client’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Sunday will be considered an off day, and no posts will be published on that day.
  • The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing, where applicable.
  • Social media management services will be provided for the platforms agreed upon with the Client.
  • The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, brand information, access credentials, and approvals required for managing their social media accounts.
  • We will create, schedule, and publish posts as per the mutually agreed plan or strategy.
  • We shall not be held responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or policy actions taken by the respective social media platforms.
  • The Client confirms that all materials, logos, images, and information provided do not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal regulations.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
  • By proceeding with our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.

Performance Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific results (leads, sales, conversions).
  • Ad performance depends on market demand, competition, budget, product/service quality, and other external factors.

Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required before the setup or commencement of any service, including advertisement campaigns.
  • Work will begin only after the full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • All payments made for services are non-refundable once the work has been initiated.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

Termination Policy

  • Either party can terminate the service after the subscription period ends.  
  • No refund will be provided for unused days.

Confidentiality

  • All client data and ad account information will remain confidential

Acceptance

  • Both Parties confirm their agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein.
